Hopewells Farm is a farm building range from the 18th century, located approximately 70 metres southeast of the house and 25 metres east of the barn. The range includes a two-storey granary, single-storey stables, and a cartlodge, all constructed of red brick with red plain tiled roofs. The granary features a two-bay design with red brick steps on the left side leading to a vertically boarded door, which has a triangular light above it. The ends of the top plate are shaped, and it retains original bins. The front is clad in weatherboard and has a small paned window. The ground floor has three bays, while the central stables have three stable doors on the red brick front. The cartlodge, which has a four-bay design, is topped with black glazed pantiles and features hanging knees to the top plate. This attractive group of buildings forms a central stockyard alongside the barn.
