Description

The Old School House is a house with 18th century features, likely originating from an earlier period. It is timber framed and plastered, topped with a red plain tiled roof. There are red brick chimney stacks on the left and right, with the right stack shared with No. 36. The eaves are adorned with a wooden modillion cornice, and there is a central moulded wood pentice board. The house has two storeys and features a three-window range of 18th century small paned vertically sliding sashes, with the windows to the left and right of the door consisting of two lights each. The entrance has a six-panelled door with a moulded surround and frieze, topped by a moulded pediment that includes dentils along the soffits and cornice.
