Description

Luce's Cottage is a cottage that dates from the 17th century or earlier, with later alterations and additions. It is constructed with a timber frame, featuring some plastering, exposed frame sections, and 18th century red brick facing. The roof is hipped and covered with red plain tiles on the left side. The building has a two-storey crosswing that includes a single-storey outshot extension to the left, while the right side has a one-storey and attic range. There is a red brick chimney stack on the left. The ground floor has a range of three square leaded horizontal sliding sash windows. A 20th century vertically boarded door is located on the right return.
