Description
Hosden's Farm House is a house that dates back to the 16th century or earlier. It features a timber frame with plaster and some older decorative pargetting. The roof is covered with red plain tiles, hipped with a gablet on the right side and a crosswing on the left. There are two red brick chimney stacks and a large attached diagonal shaft chimney stack made of red brick on the left side of the main range. The house has two storeys, with three windows on the first floor and a one-to-three window arrangement on the ground floor, all of which are 20th-century casements. The crosswing has a plank and muntin door.
