Description
Hill House is a house that dates from the 16th century or earlier, with later alterations and additions. It is constructed with a timber frame and is weatherboarded. The roof is covered with red plain tiles and features a gabled crosswing on the left side. There is a red brick diagonal shaft chimney stack on the left and a plain stack at the rear right. The building has rear ranges and is one storey with attics, which include two hipped dormers on the right side and a two-storey crosswing on the left. The front has a window arrangement of one-to-one, consisting of various small paned casements and vertically sliding sashes. To the left of the crosswing, there is a French door with sidelights, and to the left of the right range, there is a 20th-century panelled door with sidelights.
