GV II Cottage. Early C18 and late C18. Timber framed, rendered and pantiled with single flue ridge stack. One storey and attic. On south side one late C20 dormer and small pane casement. Late C18 rebuild or addition to west. Brick, painted and mansard roof, tiled. Gault brick ridge stack. Two recessed windows to gable end. Doorway in north side. Included for group value.
