Description

Sunnyside is a cottage dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It is timber-framed, rendered, and has buff pantiles with end stacks, one made of brick with two flues and another with a single flue, mostly constructed of clunch. The building consists of two bays and has one storey with an attic. It features two original swept dormers and segmental arches above contemporary leaded lights. There are two windows on the ground floor, including a similar casement with a square head, located on either side of the doorway, which is sheltered by a mid-20th century porch. A narrower bay, also timber-framed, was added early in the 19th century and is single storey.
