Description

Westview is a 17th-century cottage located on the south side of West Street in Comberton. It features a timber-framed structure with plaster rendering and a reed thatch roof, which includes a ridge stack with two flues that is also rendered. The cottage has a three-bay layout and a lobby entry plan, consisting of one storey and an attic. There is one eaves dormer with a small-pane horizontal sliding sash window, along with three early 19th-century nine-pane hung sash windows that are similar to those found at No. 40 West Street. The entrance is marked by a boarded door.
