Description

Honey Hill Cottage is a 17th or 18th century cottage located on the north side of Pettits Lane in Dry Drayton. The building is timber-framed with plaster rendering on brick sills, and has a gabled reed thatch roof with a grey brick ridge stack. It features a three-room plan and is one storey with an attic. Two gable dormers are present, one with a 19th-century horizontal sliding sash window. Four casement windows were added in the mid-20th century. A doorway is positioned on the right-hand side.
