Description

The Spinney is a cottage dating from the early 18th century. It features a timber-framed structure that is plaster rendered and topped with longstraw thatch, which has a half hipped gable end. There is a red brick end stack. The building has a two bays plan and consists of one storey with an attic. On the exterior, there are three mid-20th century windows and a doorway that is set within a rustic thatched porch.
