Description

Warrington Farm is a cottage dating from the late 17th century. It features a timber-framed structure that is plaster rendered on a brick plinth, topped with a half-hipped, reed thatched roof and an original red brick chimney stack, which has been repaired. The building has a three-bay layout with a lobby entry plan. The entrance was likely originally located opposite the stack but is now part-glazed, with an additional doorway in a later wing at the rear. The cottage includes two horizontal sliding sash windows.
