Description

Brook Farmhouse, located on the north side of The Common in West Wratting, is a house that dates from the 17th to 18th century. It has been extended, altered, and renovated in the 20th century. The structure is timber framed with exposed and rendered infill, topped with tiled roofs and a rebuilt red brick ridge stack. The house is two storeys high, with two bays at the northwest end that are part of the original construction. The front features modern casement windows on both the first and ground floors, along with a doorway set within a new porch.
