Description

Vicarage Cottage is an 18th-century cottage, altered in the 19th century and subsequently renovated. It is timber-framed with plaster infill, and has a long straw thatch roof with some tiled sections. A single gault brick flue is present. The cottage is one storey high with an attic, and features two gable dormers with tiled surrounds. It has four iron lattice light casement windows on the ground floor. Lean-to additions with modern entrances are located at each gable end. The Royal Commission on Historical Monuments record card from 1951 references the building.
