Description

Hill Thatch is a cottage with a late 17th-century origin, extended and renovated in the mid-20th century. The cottage is timber-framed, with rendered walls and a thatched roof. It features a red brick ridge stack, and one storey with an attic space. Two eyebrow dormers are present on the north-east range. The cottage includes modern ground floor openings, and a thatched lean-to porch that leads to the original entrance.
