Description

The property is an 18th-century barn, later converted into a house around 1985. It is timber framed with weatherboard cladding above a red brick plinth. The half-hipped roof is now covered in asbestos. The barn’s interior structure includes jowled heads to the posts and braced tie beams. Some inserted rafters are visible in the north roof pitch, and there are tabled scarf joints present.
