Description

No. 15 Dolphin Lane is a cottage dating from the 18th century. It features a timber frame set on a brick plinth, with walls rendered in lathe and plaster. The left-hand gable end is clad in weatherboarding. The roof is thatched and has a half-hipped design, topped with a grey brick axial ridge stack. The cottage has a single range and a lobby entry plan, standing two storeys tall. At the first floor, there are two casement windows from the mid to late 20th century. The ground floor has two mid-19th century hung sash windows on either side of the doorway, which is also from the mid-19th century. The interior has not been seen.
