Description

No. 20 Dolphin Lane is a cottage, originally part of a pair, dating from around 1800. It features a timber frame that is plaster rendered, sitting on a brick plinth, and has a long straw thatch roof with a single flue grey brick stack at each end. The building is two storeys high, with two small pane casements on the first floor and two three-light windows on the ground floor. One of the original doorways now has a later door, while the other doorway has been blocked. To the left, there is an adjoining outhouse likely made from similar materials and also with a thatched roof.
