Description

Old Cottage is an 18th-century cottage featuring a timber frame with plaster render, a brick and flint plinth, and a half-hipped roof covered with combed wheat reed thatch. The building has a single flue ridge stack and a two-bay plan oriented with the end facing the road. It is one storey high with an attic, and the doorway is located in the rear wall. Inside, some of the framing is visible, along with a blocked inglenook hearth.
