Description

Appletree Cottage is a mid-18th century cottage located on Bradley Road in Burrough Green. It is timber-framed with rendered plaster, and has a thatched roof that is half-hipped to the right and hipped over a lean-to to the left. A red brick ridge stack is visible. The cottage is a single storey with an attic, originally comprising two units. It features two gabled dormer windows with casements, and two 19th-century casement windows with cast iron lattice glazing bars. Inside, the wall and floor frames are exposed.
