Description

Wyck Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from around 1600. It has a timber frame that is covered in painted brick and features a thatched roof with a side stack and a ridge stack. The building is two storeys tall and has a three-unit plan. There are three casement windows on the first floor and three casement windows on the ground floor. A modern porch has been added, with a doorway located in the original lobby entry position. Inside, there is one sealed inglenook hearth and one lined hearth. The ceiling beam has a double-roll-moulding, and the exposed timber frame includes some reused materials.
