Description
Cosy Cot is a 17th-century cottage with a timber frame and plastered exterior. It features a thatched roof that is hipped with a gablet on the right side and has a red brick ridge stack. The cottage has a three-unit plan and is one storey high with an attic. It includes one gabled dormer window, three ground floor three-light casement windows, and a boarded door.
