Description

Number 3, now incorporated into Numbers 1 to 3 Barretts, is a mid-19th century building that stands three storeys tall and features one window. It is constructed of gault brick and has a slated roof with projecting eaves. The windows are square-headed, recessed sash and casement types; the first-floor window is adorned with a console-bracketed cornice, while the ground-floor window has a console-bracketed hood and an enriched single screening shutter. The entrance is marked by an architraved doorway with a console-bracketed enriched hood, leading to a panelled door that matches the shutter. Number 3 and Number 5 together form a group.
