Description

39 Market Square is an early 19th-century building featuring three storeys and a dormer. It has two windows and is constructed from gault brick. The roof is a tiled mansard style, topped with a flat-topped dormer. Notable architectural details include a wooden cornice with dentils at the eaves and gauged flat brick arches above the recessed sash and casement windows. The first floor is adorned with moulded blind hoods. The building has a modern shop front. It is part of a group with Nos 35 to 39, which share historical significance.
