House, now house and shop. Mainly early C18 with C19 and C20 additions and alterations. Brick, painted front wall and cement tile roof with original wood modillion eaves cornice. Ridge stack. L-plan. Two storeys and attics. Segmental arches to three C18 flush frame hung sashes in open boxing above a C20 shopfront. Rear range has fenestration of four hung original sashes with ovolo moulded glazing bars. C19 kitchen wing extension of brick. Inside: c1730-40 open-string staircase of four flights with balusters of diminishing columns, two to each tread, swept and moulded rail. Panelled dado. Raised and fielded panelling to doors and to one first floor rear room. This room also has a late C18 fireplace surround of fluted pilasters with rose bosses to corners. Panelling has been inserted to the ground floor room. The shop is also lined with raised and fielded panelling and dentil cornice.
