Description

This is a headstone located in St Peter's Churchyard, dated 1657. It is made of limestone and features inverted C-scrolled crest carvings at the top left and right corners, with an additional scroll and floral motif in the center. The inscription on the headstone reads, "RICARDUS THISTLE/ THWAITE BACAL ARTIUM/ 1657."
