Description

Mistletoe Cottage is an 18th-century cottage located on the southeast side of High Street in Riseley. It features a colour-washed rough cast exterior over a timber frame and has a thatched roof. The cottage has a two-room plan and is one storey with attics, oriented with the gable end facing the road. The ground floor includes two three-light leaded casement windows, while the attic has two dormers with leaded two-light horizontal sashes. There is a central front door made up of four panels. Additionally, there is a three-light leaded casement window on the road-facing gable end and a red brick chimney stack on the southeast gable. The cottage has a large 20th-century extension added to the southeast gable end.
