Cottage. C18. Colour washed rough cast on timber frame. Some timber framing exposed to South. Old clay tile gambrel roof. 3 bays, gable end to road. One storey and attics. West elevation: one ground floor window, 2 dormers, all horizontal sashes. Gable end: 2-light horizontal sash with glazing bars to ground floor and attic. East elevation: 3-light and 2-light horizontal sashes, one fixed leaded light, one round-headed fixed light with fanlight. Front door opposite red brick double ridge stack.
