Description

This is a 19th-century barn located to the east of Moat Farmhouse. It features a weatherboarded timber frame with a red brick first floor and a pantiled roof. The barn consists of three bays and is two storeys high. The north elevation has a projecting bay in the center, along with lean-to extensions on the north elevation and the west gable end. The east gable end includes red brick buttresses at the ground floor, a doorway at the first floor level, and a window at the attic level. The projecting bay on the north side has a double door at the ground floor and a single door at the first floor level. This barn is listed for its group value context.
