Description

Aubretia Cottage is a cottage dating from around 1700. It is timber framed, featuring weather boarding on the ground floor and colour washed rough cast above. The cottage has a thatched roof and a two-room plan, consisting of one storey and attics. On the ground floor, there are two casement windows. A red brick ridge stack is present, and there is a lean-to weather boarded extension to the east. Additionally, there is a one-storey thatched addition to the west, which has two windows; the right-hand window is a two-light horizontal sash, and there is a red brick gable end stack.
