Description

Holly Cottage is an early 19th-century cottage featuring a colour washed rough cast exterior and a thatched roof. The building has a three-room plan and is one storey high with attics. On the north elevation, there are two 2-light horizontal sash windows with glazing bars, each adorned with painted wood dummy arches above. A red brick double ridge stack is present, and there is a one-storey addition to the east of the rear, which includes a gabled porch at the entrance.
