Description

Laburnham Cottage is a cottage dating from around 1700. It has a timber frame with colour washed infill that is partly plaster and partly brick. The roof is half-hipped and thatched. The cottage features a 2-room plan and is one storey high with attics. There are three windows on the ground floor and two dormers, all of which are 20th-century casements with leaded lights. The front door, also from the 20th century, is aligned with a red brick double ridge stack. Additionally, there is a one-storey addition to the west, which is also timber framed and thatched.
