The cottage follows a 4-room plan and has one storey. It features five 2-light horizontal sash windows with glazing bars. There are two 4-panel flush doors. A red brick ridge stack is located centrally. The cottage has a one-storey and attic appearance. A colour-washed addition with a thatched roof was added to the west gable end in the 20th century.
