Description

No. 36 High Street is a cottage dating from the 18th century. It features colour washed rough cast over a timber frame and has a thatched roof. The cottage has a three-room plan and is a single storey. On the north elevation, there are various windows, including four two-light horizontal sashes with leaded lights. The south elevation includes 20th-century casements, a door, and an open gabled porch. There is one red brick ridge stack and one external red brick stack on the east gable end. Additionally, there is a flat-roofed addition to the west gable end.
