Description

No. 60 High Street is a 17th-century cottage constructed with a timber frame and colour washed plaster infill, topped with a thatched roof. The building features a three-room plan and stands two storeys tall. On the ground floor, there are two three-light casement windows and one two-light horizontal sash window, while the first floor has four two-light horizontal sash windows, all of which include glazing bars. The entrance is marked by a central plank door. The cottage is also equipped with gault brick chimney stacks, one located at the ridge and another at the east gable.
