Description

This is a 17th-century barn located about 5 metres west of Little Knighton Farmhouse. It features a timber-frame construction set on a rendered plinth, with some brick infill and sections weatherboarded. The roof is made of corrugated iron. The barn consists of four framed bays arranged in an east/west direction, with a central threshing floor. The framing includes three square panels high, supported by straight angle braces. There have been some alterations made in the mid-20th century.
