Description

The Springs is a house dating from the late 17th century, with some alterations and extensions made in the 20th century. It features a timber-frame structure with rendered infill and a combination of thatched and tiled roofing. The building is composed of two framed bays aligned east to west, with an external stack located at the west gable.

On the south front, the house has one storey with an attic to the right, which includes two gabled dormers in the tiled section of the roof. The ground floor has three casement windows, and the entrance is situated just to the right of the center, sheltered by a lean-to canopy. The framing consists of three square panels in height, and the west gable displays V-struts in the apex above the collar.
