Description

Little Bouts Cottage is a house dating from the 17th century, with early 19th century alterations. It features a timber-frame structure with brick infill and a thatched roof. The building has two framed bays aligned east to west, with a gable-end brick stack on the eastern side. The south front has one storey with an attic, which is illuminated by two gabled and tiled dormers. On the ground floor, there are two 2-light casement windows with plank weatherings. The entrance, located to the right of centre, has a shallow triangular canopy and a ledged door. The framing consists of three square panels high.
