Description

No. 17 Oak Tree Lane is a house that dates back to the 17th century, with an early 19th-century extension and 20th-century alterations. The building features a timber frame with rendered infill and a painted brick extension, topped with a slate roof. It consists of one framed bay that is aligned east to west, with an external stack located on the west gable. The north front of the house is mostly blind, except for a 2-light casement window from the 20th century on the right side. The entrance is situated in the west gable. The framing includes three square panels in height, and the east gable truss has two struts supporting the collar.
