Description

This is an early 18th-century house, now used as an office, located on the south side of the High Street in Broadway. The building is constructed of squared limestone with a stone slate roof. It is two storeys high with an attic, and originally had two bays. The windows are rebated and chamfered with mullions, and are mostly of two lights. A canted bay window with a stone base is present on the ground floor to the right, and it is covered by a Welsh slate canopy that also extends over the doorway to the left. There is one attic dormer. The door surround is slightly chamfered. The left-hand gable has a coped end. The end chimneys have cyma cornices, and the left-hand chimney cap is partly brick. This building is of group value.
