Description

SP 1037 BROADWAY CP HIGH STREET (north side) 9/50 No 80 (Olive Branch Antiques) 30.7.59 GV II Shop. Circa 1800. Limestone ashlar with stone slate roof. Two storeys with attic, two bays. Storey band. On the ground floor are mid-C20 bowed windows with glazing bars. On the first floor are casements with plain reveals. Door between bays. At the right is a blocked doorway, probably into a through passage which has since been incorporated into the shop. Chimney, at left, has brick cap. Interior: exposed ceiling joists on ground floor, and fireplace in left room with plain stone surround of C19 type.
