Description

Inglenook is a house, likely dating from around 1700, with alterations made in the 20th century. It is constructed from limestone rubble and timber framing, and has a roof covered in stone slates. The house is two storeys in height, with an attic above. The south gable wall, which faces the street, features a canted bay window with 20th-century casement windows set within a stone base. Above the bay window, on the first floor, is a further 20th-century casement window with plain reveals. A chamfered single-light window provides attic lighting. A chimney is located on the right-hand side. The west wall is timber-framed with light framing in square panels. The right-hand wall incorporates openings with plain reveals, including a doorway towards the right.
