BROADWAY CP HIGH STREET (south side) No 103, Farthing Cottage

(Formerly listed as No 103 (Rowan Cottage))

GV II House. Circa 1800. Squared limestone with stone slate roof. Two storeys. One window on ground floor and two on first floor, all with C20 casements, plain reveals, and keyed lintels. Door, at left under slated canopy, has plan reveals. Right-hand gable coped with chimney. Upper part of cap rebuilt in brick.
