Description

Pear Tree House is a late 18th-century house located on the south side of the High Street in Broadway. It is constructed of limestone ashlar with a stone slate roof. The house is two storeys high with an attic, and has four bays. A storey band runs along the front. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars. There are three attic dormers, each with a gable that is treated as a pediment. The front door, located in the third bay, is of six panels and is set within a timber Tuscan pilaster doorcase featuring paterae and an open pediment. The gables are coped and have chimneys.
