Description
Leeds House is a house built in the early 19th century, constructed from limestone ashlar and topped with a slate roof. It features a symmetrical design with three storeys and three bays, highlighted by a dentilled cornice and a blocking course. The windows have glaring bars, and on the ground floor, there are timber bows set on stone bases. The first and second floor windows are framed with moulded surrounds, while the first floor windows are sashed and include a sill band. Floating cornices sit above the outer windows, and a segmental pediment is positioned above the middle window. The entrance is marked by an open timber porch supported by fluted columns, featuring a moulded cornice and a curved pediment. The gables are coped and include chimneys.
