Description
Old Cottage Farmhouse is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of coursed squared limestone and features a stone slate roof. The building has two storeys and three first-floor windows. The central entrance consists of a six-panel door with an overlight above it. The first-floor windows are fitted with 20th-century cross-windows in flush wood frames. There are keystones above the door and the first-floor windows. At either end of the house, there are brick stacks, with the left stack being rendered. There is also a lean-to brick outshut on the left, which is not considered of special interest.
