Description
The building is a former threshing barn and stable with a hayloft, now used for storage, dating from the early 19th century. It is an L-shaped block consisting of two sections. The structure features coursed cobbles and local reddish-brown brick, with slit vents and stone quoins. The roof is made of pantiles, with stone coping on the west side and a hip end on the east. The former barn, which runs parallel to the road, has six bays with opposed wagon doors and a stone threshing floor. The former stable and hayloft is gable-ended to the road and includes a corbelled-out rounded corner on the north side.
