Description

No 87 is a house located on the south side of High Street in Broadway, dating from the mid- to late 18th century. It is constructed of limestone ashlar with a tiled roof and features two storeys with an attic, arranged in three bays. There is a storey band, and the windows are sashed with glazing bars. The house has two attic dormers, and the door in the middle bay has plain reveals and a transom light. An open iron porch from the 19th century with a tent roof enhances the entrance. The gables are coped and have chimneys. Inside, the staircase features a closed string and slim turned balusters.
