Description

This early 19th-century house, now used partly as a shop and offices, is located on the west side of High Street, Pershore. The building is constructed of red brick in a Flemish bond pattern, with the ground floor of two bays finished in roughcast. The roof is covered in Welsh slate and has brick stacks, one projecting forward of the ridge at each end, and another mid-way along the ridge.

The exterior is three storeys high with a three-window front. There is a sill band running along the building. The upper windows are casements; the second floor has two-light windows, the first floor has three-light windows, and the ground floor has canted bay-windows. The upper windows contain small panes (10 panes per light). The bay-windows on the ground floor have sashes; the bay-window on the left is a later addition with a 4/4:8/8:4/4 sash pattern, while the others have fixed glazing with 8:20:8 and 4:20:4 pane arrangements. The front has two doorcases, one original with a bracketed hood, and one remodelled with a bracketed hood, overlight, and a 20th-century door. The interior has not been inspected.
