Description

No. 72 High Street is a house dating from the early 19th century, with some later alterations. The building is primarily constructed of red brick in Flemish bond, featuring painted plinth courses. It has a Welsh-slate roof with brick dogtooth eaves and a brick end stack on the right side.

The exterior consists of two storeys and has a two-window range of boxed 8/8 sash windows. On the ground floor, there is a 20th-century casement window on the right and a 20th-century panelled door on the left, both situated under segmental brick arches. The plinth is made up of a single brick course. The interior has not been inspected.
