Cottage. Late C17, mid-C20 alterations and additions. Timber-framed, painted brick infill, rendered sandstone plinth, plain tiled roof and end brick stacks. Two framed bays; two storeys.

Framing: three square panels from sill to wall-plate, collar-and-tie-beam trusses in gable ends.

Front elevation: two windows, two-light C20 casements to each floor; entrance to left of centre has a gabled, timber-framed porch and ledged and battened door.

Interior not inspected.

Outshut at rear and also C20 single storey wing to rear right.
